DP World ILT20 partners with Gulf for Good to repurpose merchandise for Madagascar children, supporting global education and development efforts.
Dubai: The DP World ILT20 has extended its impact far beyond the cricket pitch by partnering with UAE-based non-profit Gulf for Good to donate over 500 items of Season 3 merchandise to children in Madagascar. The initiative is part of Gulf for Good’s Outreach Programme and aligns with the league’s commitment to global education and community development.
This meaningful CSR collaboration aims to benefit more than 2,000 children in the long term, offering not only clothing but a message of solidarity from the UAE’s leading cricket tournament. The programme is set to continue throughout the year, building connections through sport and goodwill.
Speaking on the initiative, DP World ILT20 CEO David White said, “This collaboration with Gulf for Good reflects our belief in the power of play. This initiative is all about making a small contribution to a much bigger cause.” He added, “We are proud to have the UAE as our home; the UAE is globally recognised as one of the most generous and hospitable nations in the world. As the biggest cricket league of the region, we remain committed to making an impact beyond the field of play.”
Images of children in Madagascar proudly wearing DP World ILT20 merchandise highlight the programme’s success in turning surplus into smiles, blending sportsmanship with philanthropy.
Meanwhile, excitement builds for the upcoming DP World ILT20 Season 4, which kicks off on 2 December 2025, coinciding with UAE National Day. Featuring six teams across 34 matches, the tournament will conclude with the grand final on 4 January 2026.
This initiative showcases how the DP World ILT20 continues to lead not only in entertainment but also in compassionate, community-focused action.
