Ajman Tourism Department wraps up India roadshow to strengthen tourism ties, attract visitors, and expand global partnerships.
AJMAN: The Ajman Department of Tourism Development (ADTD) has successfully concluded a five-day roadshow in India, aimed at enhancing the emirate’s visibility as a travel destination and forging stronger tourism partnerships in a key international market.
Led by Director-General Mahmood Khaleel Alhashmi, the ADTD delegation visited New Delhi, Pune, and Kolkata, where it engaged with leading travel industry stakeholders to showcase Ajman’s attractions. The team presented investment opportunities, hospitality offerings, and cultural experiences, positioning the emirate as an emerging destination of choice for Indian travellers.
“India remains one of our most important markets, and this visit is a step forward in attracting more visitors and partnerships,” said Alhashmi. “We are working to position Ajman as a competitive global destination and support sustainable growth in our tourism sector.”
The India tour is part of a broader global strategy, with ADTD planning similar roadshows in China and other international destinations to diversify its visitor base and promote Ajman’s unique appeal. The initiative aligns with the emirate’s commitment to economic development through tourism.
